Weve stayed here twice now, most recently with our puppy, Willow. Felt compelled to leave a review this time for any other dog owners as the whole setup and the staff couldnt have been more accommodating (treats and a bed in the room, water bowls at dinner, a big fuss from everyone to make her feel at home). Taking a 5/6 month puppy on a staycation isnt necessarily the most relaxing thought but we were able to fully chill and enjoy our stay. Rooms and food lovely as always, too.

Would not recommend sadly and definitely not worth 670.00. I booked for two nights and nobody ever answered the phone for room service. Had to go downstairs to order and they couldn't care less about not answering the phones. The shower flooded everywhere, the room was dusty and there was make up on the bath robes which I had to take down to exchange. Again no effort to rectify anything and no money off for the issues. This place is not worth the money and I highly recommend you book elsewhere eg The Double Red Duke down the road, which is much cheaper and include breakfast as standard. I'm sure when this place first opened it was great, but sadly it needs a lot of attention, a good clean and staff retrained. I also tried to send a complaint via the website but conveniently there is no option.
