Absolutely gorgeous pub and surrounding beer garden right by the river. Food was delicious with a generous serving. (We had the roast) potatoes were a bit tasteless. Our waiter was very friendly and a laugh too! Thoroughly recommend coming here.

Was a lovely sunny day so we went for lunch. Was told u can only eat in the restaurant or on the patio. There were tables on the patio because you can use these tables to drink at. I was on a table on the grass but was told you can't eat on the grass. Most of the tables are on the grass. Wouldn't go again and wouldn't recommend it for this reason

Brought some family and friends here after a hike from Horton Kirby. The location is picture perfect. While I've had a pint here a time or two, this was the first time eating here. It was a beautifully sunny day and we were famished. The pub itself is beautiful. I hadn't appreciated just how big it was and such an ornately decorated pub. The staff were very friendly and food and drink service was very prompt considering this was a busy Saturday afternoon. We had a lovely time here and will return.
