We contacted AA Cooper to fix a leaking outside waste pipe, after a recommendation from a friend. It was easy to arrange a convenient appointment. George and his colleague arrived early on the appointment day and advised on both a temporary fix and the permanent solution (our preference). After a quick call to the office they confirmed that they could do the permanent solution that day. Weve been very impressed with the quality of the work and the first class customer service. From start to finish the service from AA Cooper was very professional. Ashley visited our home promptly, sending a message alert beforehand, to give us a quotation on our 2 new bathrooms and water softener fitting. The installation starts and completion dates were fulfilled. Luke and Max - our fitters - were efficient and very careful working in our home (there was no mess). We were kept updated throughout the build projects by the cordial Blake (our assigned Project Manager). The quality of workmanship was high, and we would not hesitate to use AA Cooper again.
