When working with builders over a number of years you start to realise there are vast difference in standards. We are very happy to be working with Overtons whose standards and values reflect ours. We have a great working relationship with them, both from the site side where our team work in with their team to get the job finished to a high standard and from the office side where we work together to offer a responsive and professional service. Overtons undertook a large remodelling and renovation project for us. Despite coinciding with various Covdid induced materials shortages Overtons got the job done. The project did go over the predicted timescale, mainly for reasons outside of their control, (again Covid) but all in all we are delighted with the outcome and equally delighted we were able to stick to budget. I would definitely use Overtons again for a large project. On any build communication is key and with Overtons it is no different. Just be realistic with timescales and build in some wriggle room. The only reason I haven't give 5 stars is the area of keeping to timescale but again keep in mind the buggeration factor that is Covid. A big thank you to Adam, Nathan and James Overton and all the team.

The Overton Team was an excellent group of professionals and most of them exceeded expectations. We had a weekly meeting with Adam where he listened, wrote notes, made suggestions and gave us his perspective from his building experience. The budget was kept to. The standard of work exceeded expectations and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of materials. Only when we asked for 'extras' did Adam price those separately for us to make a decision. We would definitely use them again.
