Friendly people, knowledgeable I guess and eager to please. Took our 2 cats to them, Siamese, to get certificate to enable us to put them in cattery whilst on holiday. Injection for each 3 weeks apart. Cost? Seemed a lot 200+ but Im told they all charge similar.
