Hartismere Place Care Home - Care UK

I have been a care provider for Hartismere Place for the past year, but have been visiting Care UK homes for the past 13 years. Hartismere Place is a lovely home, very welcoming and homely. All the staff are conscientious and go above and beyond for the residents and their families. The Staff work well as a team, taking pride in their work and their surroundings. Nothing is too much trouble. The management team and administration team are always available to listen to any issues and are quick to resolve them. I would highly recommend Hartismere Place to anyone looking for a the best place for your loved ones and feel sure that they will settle in quickly and will be very happy here.

I have on two occasions been invited to attend their well being days, friendly excellent care of the residents. I think the namaste therapy room is fabulous, beautifully decorated, enhancing the therapies for that individual treatment.

I am an engineer who regularly visits this site. There is always a pleasant atmosphere here and the staff are always happy and friendly. Especially Jo who always makes me wash my hands in line with Covid precautions. One of the nicest homes I work in. Well done and keep it going.
