Have recently placed an order for a Lillevilla Pavillion and couldn't have been happier with the service received by Ryan! We hadn't been sure on what style or size of building to get for our garden space however Ryan was able to help and assist with our questions and ensured we left having purchased the right one for our new house. We were never pressured or forced into buying something we didn't want or need and can't thank Ryan enough for his time in dealing with our queries. Top service and we can't wait for delivery in the coming weeks!

Ryan was just the kind of salesperson you want to deal with. Attentive - so listens to you and replies promptly to emails, he is knowledgeable about the products and not at all pushy. A pleasure to do business with. If you need a greenhouse or garden building then go to the Greenhouse People at the rear of Diamond Garden Centre in Peterborough!!

The personal service we received from Afonso Mota was outstanding. We were very demanding customers (read - difficult) but he patiently listened and got answers for all of our questions and tried to get the specification and delivery we wanted. The manufacturer - Swallow - was also very good in communicating prior to delivery. We are highly delighted with the end product and highly recommend this company, and in particular Afonso to deal with.
