From the out set they were very pleasant indeed. Offering coffee which is a rare occasion these days.

Jewsons in Diss gave me a recommendation to come here.
I phoned and discussed metal partition walling and arrange with the guy to called into the Eye Norfolk branch at about 3.30pm today to discuss the product and prices. I was greeted by a rude and obnoxious guy who said we are on aloctarion and are not looking for any more customers, he didn't apologise when I said I've arranged to come in and was not told, only to just shrug his shoulders. This guy needs a refresher course on customer facing service. Not happy and I will not come back
