Liam from AASP came to rescue us sent by RAC. We had several engine warning lights. Good communication, helpful and efficient. Got us on our way again.

Just had our car picked up after a breakdown service arranged for this company to attend, was with us in about half an hour. The guy that turned up was very professional and got the car loaded in no time despite the breaks being seized on. Took us to the garage of our choice with no fuss. I have a modified BMW and unfortunately issue went wrong with the air ride system. I called my AA breakdown and the company was dispatched to come to me. Their estimated time of arrival was 19:20 and by 19:30 I hadnt heard anything from the driver. I called the office and they said they are not doing it because its a modified vehicle. I called the AA and left a formal complaint due to lack of communication, respect and common decency to call the customer and explain why they dont want to do it. Nevertheless, the first person I spoke to was very confident that you could support me because the driver is the best and has recovered many Ferraris. What a joke.
