It's clean usually , it should be the council.pay other people to clean up what everyday people don't take away. But it's littered a lot , and not by dogs as cautioned against with pictograms of dogs and litter. It's humans dogs don't drink from cans or bottles they don't smash glass all over they don't leave McDonald's wrappers and empty packets of Sudafed It's rather obviously humans. When asked the council said we don't put up anti.litter signs as it should be common sense What would be common sense is to open your eyes and stop vlsnonh dogs for the mess.
