AVOID This Clinic! Absolutely useless! Tried to call to make an appointment for my dad as hes blood pressure is very high! We have big concerns. Tried to call and make an appointment since Monday everyday at 8am! Every single time the line is busy if I wait in the queue for 50 minutes they then are fully booked. Everyday the same, once Ive managed to get hold of someone the receptionist is very RUDE! Not very helpful.. one star is too high!

Trying to get a doctors appointment for a week! Once I got through at 8am I was on hold for 20 minutes!! Nobody answered so I went up to the doctors (still on hold on my mobile) and finally got an appointment but have to go to Thistlemoor later today. Asked why I have been on hold so long when I called at 8am and she said that is the queue! Dont believe it!! One receptionist - perhaps they need more staff!! One whole week to get an appointment! Shocking!

This place is a joke, receptionist is so rude and arrogant, each time I try to ring them for appointment at 8:00 answering machine says to call later I'm trying for an hour to get to them and I've got better chances to win lottery. After trying for whole morning someone pick the phoe and says sorry but is too late for appoitment, ring tommorrw. I do understand that they can be busy sometimes but every single day? and every single minute? Note to menagment read comments and take action. I prefer to drive 10 mile to different Medical Center rather tu use this one, but again why?!!!! if I'm local? I'm very understanding person but thats is a joke . The list of complains is longer but don't want to get too upset .

This place is a joke. If you are thinking about registering here please don't you will regret it. So many problems with this place I don't even know how they are still open. They will say one thing and then decide they didn't say it even if it's in writing. Receptionists are awful and that to put it lightly honestly not even sure they know what they are doing. Pick and choice who they want to see so if you are lucky enough to get an appointment the doctor won't even listen to you. Trust me avoid with your life
