Thorne Air Conditioning

I'm a repeat customer, having had air conditioning installed in 2 rooms initially 2 years ago and adding a 3rd room this year. The team are fast, friendly and efficient, from the initial booking of a visit, to quoting for the work, advising on the best model and location and then conducting the install itself. The workmen are prompt, clean and tidy and kept any mess to a minimum, cleaning up afterwards. We were shown how to use the system and given tips on keeping it to optimal performance. All in all, a stellar job done which is why I have used them multiple times. Service: Install AC

One of the best companies I have ever used! I needed a second air conditioner and sent a number of requests to local firms. Thorne replied very, very quickly and a site visit was arranged almost immediately. Ilmars, the sales negotiator, was on time, very helpful and did not pressurise me at all. He promised a quick set of quotes, and these arrived on schedule. They were very competitive and accompanied by helpful information. Ilmars responded incredibly quickly to some queries, and I ordered. The promised installation date was fulfilled within a few days. The engineers arrived on time, worked very efficiently and had finished the job within a few hours. The unit was positioned exactly where I wanted it and I am delighted with it. We asked for a quote for AC to the lounge and master bedroom. Quick to visit and provide a quote. Good clear advice given with no upselling. Good value and good quality equipment.
