I really enjoy Candice's yoga classes. Her classes are always varied and always challenging, but most importantly enjoyable. I can say that my fitness definitely improved and I have developed a love for yoga after wanting to try for so long. Her classes can be adapted to suit any ability and Candice teaches with such a calm and clear approach. Always friendly and always welcoming. Thank you!

Candice is an excellent instructor who adapts her classes to suit all participants. I can fully recommend her classes. There are different classes to suit all abilities.
