Had to take my 2 cats for their annual health check and vaccination,s both 15 now. Smudge not to keen very vocal the whole time, max his brother was an absolute brave boy laid on his side for vet Melanie who is fairly new, what a lovely vet, very professional friendly, Passionate about her job, was very gentle with max as he also had a lump on inside of his wrist and we found a cat bite on front and front of paw , he obviously has been in pain and kinda off colour not his usual perky self. Melanie the vet was very thorough with him and he even showed his belly, such a good boy. Very impressed with her attention and kindness towards max. Have another check up in a week with Melanie The Vet. Really like White lodge you get the one to one service and are made very welcome by the receptionists. Def recommend 5star*****

Would find it extremely difficult to find a better surgery. Paul is an absolute diamond, and cared wonderfully for our cat Bilbo during an emergency. The receptionists are also very professional and friendly. The vet, which I've managed to forget her name. Explained the surgery, pro/cons and made us feel that they had Bilbos welfare at the forefront. Also, the update on surgery/recover was flawless. Very pleased we have chosen White Lodge!
