This Doctors surgery is by far the best in the East Devon area. I unfortunately had to visit the Doctors recently due to getting very unwell with Pneumonia. I originally attempted to visit RD&E but I walked away after realising there was a 27 hour wait. I called Haldon House Surgery for some advice and I was greeted on the phone by a very kind and understanding receptionist, within seconds she had reassured me and booked me an appointment for 1 hour later. I walked into the Doctors Surgery and I was greeted by an amazing lady named Christine, I believe she was the manager or someone of importance. Christine chatted to me and took the time to ensure that I was ok, noticing that I was short of breath and struggling. I was treated like a VIP, but it seemed like all the visitors received the same happy welcoming as I did. Christine even got me a cup of water and directed me to the seating area. With no wait at all, the Doctor was calling my name and guiding me into her office. I was treated with respect, compassion and understanding. The doctor was incredibly knowledgable, she listened to all of my concerns and was able to diagnose me within minutes. I was prescribed medication which worked perfectly, bringing me back to good health within a few days. Thank you Haldon House Surgery and a very special thank you to Christine.

Great surgery, friendly staff and lovely Dr's. Responsive to queries, able to have an appointment or telephone call when needed. Prescriptions sent to requested pharmacy in good time, text message to request repeat prescription easy to do. Can't fault them, thank you!
