My first visit came in January 2022. I had never had a sport massage before so pretty dubious to the effect it would have on my classic "runners knee". After the initial consultation came the first treatment and it was absolutely amazing - knowledgable, professional and just very, very good. The difference was felt almost immediately so I proceeded to book another 4 courses. I rate the treatment as 6 stars without doubt - 5 just doesn't seem enough. First class service delivered all round.

Charlie & the apprentice Anna took care of me right from the beginning; the room is beautifully made up with a relaxed atmosphere (I love that there is music playing despite it being sports focused) The treatment was the perfect blend of holistic & sports massage, all the little touches did not go unnoticed. Ive had many different massages and this was one of the best, if you are considering booking definitely do! I will be back again and again thank you.

I have now had two treatment,and my experience here has been outstanding.. care of clients is at high standard and beleve me ive been to a fair few over my time.. was also provided with after care exercise and stretches.. the himalayan salt lamp that purchase at the shop after my treatment is fanastic. Highly recommended.
