        Brilliant place to take kids. Huge space for kids to make sand castles, dogs to run around. Safe beach. Great view. Ample dining places and adventure parks around. Ample parking with pay and display. If you forgot to bring showels and buckets for kids , these can be found in the donation closet. Please feel free to donate to the closet as well.

        This is a very nice beach with easy access to it. Just keep an eye on warnings as when the tide changes if flows fast being at an estuary. The day we went, it was a cool day but sunny, so wasn't busy. It was clean and good quality sand for the children to play on.

        Went with the motorhome possible parking at the far end of the beach gets really busy weekends and holiday season. Pleasent walk along the sea front plenty of coffee stops.
