Thankyou Ronak for being so helpful today, in getting my Mums prescription having tried all over town and Thankyou to Louise at Tesco Pharmacy for referral.

I am sorry to leave a poor review for this place, which has been much better in the past. Every time I have been in recently, they have been long queues and delays with just about every item being dispensed. Despite giving several days notice for a repeat prescription, the staff seem to have to make up the prescription on the spot as if it is the first theyve heard of it. When talking to other people in the queue ( for which there is plenty of time), the general opinion is much the same. Individual staff are okay, but the place clearly needs an organisation of management. I note also that the good reviews get a thank you from the responder where is the bad reviews are ignored. Not encouraging

If this pharmacy wasn't Colocated with 2 medical centres I doubt it would have any customers. The first person you speak to is surly and treats customers over 50 as if they have had a lobotomy. Odd as this is their main customer base. She also insists on calling everyone luvvy which is overly familiar, unwelcome and unprofessional. Issues encountered are no internet so they don't have your prescription, they can only take cash, your item isn't in stock, these things happen but they have no customer service, no helpful explanations with a smile. If you don't need prescription medicine I'd avoid this store and if you do expect a long wait and poor customer service

This is THE most efficient pharmacy and I cant thank them enough for that, and for their wonderful staff. They dispense medications so quickly and deliver to Budleigh the same day. They are all so pleasant and helpful. Such a difference to other pharmacies.

Avoid at all costs, medication not in stock, system crashes, NO phone call to say they have problems. Staff unhelpful.
