        PCR test was supposed to be returned within 24 hours, 48 hrs+ later still not arrived, staff couldn't care less! Do not rely on these jokers if you are travelling

        Professional, Friendly, helpful staff. Collect my prescription here through the NHS app and never had an issue. Did once get confused as being the milk man once whilst dressed in my work uniform. Clearly I have a doppelganger that's a milkman! (Im not a milkman). Found it hilarious and staff seemed to laugh too.
