whitton and laing,.what a nightmare!!! After showing viewers around they forgot to shut and lock front door a few times of the empty house!! House blind was broken and left on the floor with plaster off the wall,allowed mud to be trodden in brand new carpets, allowed a surveyor to trespass and jump back garden fence breaking the panal when all they had to do is phone me to ask for key to garden gate,and has now been confirmed with surveyor!! Allowed surveyor to spray path with spray paint for drain survey which won't scrub off!!!!Told me they had spoken to solicitors for advice when they didn't!!! Complete liars and no apology !!! The list goes on!!! Didn't inform me of exchange of contracts either! They even let the buyer have a garage key before the day of completion to my disgust.confronted them with issues and still no apology.couldnt have cared less!!!repcomplete LIAR'S !!! Complete let down! My advice is to DEFINITELY use another agent.!!!!

The enthusiasm to sale a property seems to be zero , partly due to the housing market is booming. Enquiried to making am offer , the attitude and response was nil, never heard from the estate agent

I was so impressed with the team at Whitton & Laing. They were incredibly helpful with all my questions and concerns as a first time buyer.
