        I took a ladies fashion leather jacket to BKS as the zipper was jammed and non fuctional. Expecting a no we can't fix this, they did it in about 10 minutes. I was so pleased, they are delightfully helpful. I can't thank them enough.

        I bought an Alpinestars TechAir 10 from BKS. Telephone communication was excellent and delivery was swift with the suit arriving fully charged and ready to go. Unfortunately the suit did not work properly (as apparently quite a few others didn't either) which was not BKSs' fault. They were faultless with communications and, once it became apparent that the issues were not going to be resolved, BKS took the suit back and refunded the money without quibble. Honestly the best customer service I've received for some time. Whole-heartedly recommend this company.

        Fantastic friendly company to deal with. I went back as my BKS trousers needed the pull strap poppers moving as I have put on 3Kgs. Done whilst I waited. Always offered tea or coffee and Brian has such an eye for detail. The new fabric (all weather Swiss made material) suits recently launched look amazing. My next commission when I can afford it.
