We had Simon Turners team replace a shower room and toilet for my mother . The quote was completed quickly and was spot on , with no hidden extras . Both rooms were completed within very few days with the absolute minimum inconvenience to my mother . All of the team were thoughtful and courteous. The rooms are now contemporary and functional , we would highly recommend this company.

I've had a gentleman come to quote me for a log burger in my living room this morning and he instantly advise me not to have a log burner installed as the heat generated from the log burner would damage my TV and possibly crack the screen I'd like to thank him for his advice and total honesty as the TV was really expensive I've several quotes from other companies and they never mentioned the heat problem to the TV it's really good to have some one honest for once and not in it for what they can get

Lovely shop, Katie was very helpful, answered any questions we had. Steve and Holly fitted our log burner last week. Very pleased with the end look. My before and after photo's. Would definitely recommend them.

The customer service was amazing right from the beginning. What team work. I had a new gas fire and fire place fitted and all that entails. They worked so well and efficiently together. It was like a well oiled machine. Really respectful of not making a mess. And they are what I call finishers. Very happy with their work and professionalism. Right from beginning to end. Following up that I was happy with the work and explaining what they had done. Absolutely fab. Thank you Simon Turners. What a good bunch you are xx
