What more can I say about this company and their staff they are all very helpful and very professional I was involved in a small collision with a Drunk driver Who hit me head on in September 2019 after six months my insurance company solicitors and having to chase them all the time I was advised to change solicitor I then moved my account across to Berensens And Paul Ashcroft took over he was very professional and looked at all details. After 2 1/4 years And a lot of stress Paul Ashcroft managed to sort out my claim I would highly recommend This company for any personal claims you might have wouldnt hesitate to use this gentleman again.

After a recent car accident my wife and I contacted our insurance company who were going to handle our claim for compensation. We lost confidence in them early on. We were fortunate to be recommended Paul Ashcroft at Berensens and we recognised immediately that we were dealing with a person and company of integrity. I went to Berensens for the first time this morning and had the best experience both the ladies at reception were warm, friendly knowledgeable and incredibly welcoming even though they were extremely busy with phone calls. Cannot rate this first experience highly enough they are both a credit to the firm.
