        I have been with this company for one year. Tried to renew my insurance for an upcoming craft fair but they could not find me on their database. Cannot renew yet anyway but I need the documents now for the craft fair. Will go elsewhere. Thank you for your reply Graham - I also asked for a renewal form and what I needed to do as I needed a policy now for a craft fair I am going to on 2nd October 2022 and they wanted it immediately but this was totally ignored. I was not impressed by the communications I received. Your company was recommended by the guild and I will update them with y experiences.
