I asked the owner if he had any proper selenite as he had satin spar advertised as selenite. He said as far as he was concerned it was selenite. I advised it's often the case that satin spar is sold as selenite but that proper selenite is clear and comes in slabs. I tried to educate him but he just told be it was gypsum and to try polishing the piece of satin spar I had purchased. I tried to explain that it was gypsum but a slightly different crystal formation and that polishing it would not turn it into selenite. He just looked annoyed and angry. Why sell crystals if you are not going to make knowing about crystals your business. Rude... Won't be visiting again. Customer service isn't difficult!

the crystals are good quality and cheap and there is a whole wall of different insence and insence holders for only 1!

Visited here 3 times always shut. Last visit owner was on his way out to watch the rugby although the shop was meant to be open until 4pm I wasted another day, not good. Will go teignmouth next time.
