Excellent service and the DJ was really good. Booked a DJ for my son's 18th birthday and the music and entertainment was exactly what we wanted and expected. Great value for money and would highly recommend. 5stars all the way and I will definitely use them again for future events.

I cannot stress how awful this company is and urge you to not book them for any important event. I hired them for my 50th birthday party and the DJ they sent me was awful . I gave him a playlist which basically never got played. If you like the nolans and abba then this is the place for you The owner of the company Tony was totallyunsympatheticto my compaints , refusing any refund . I would strongly advise you to never book through this company

I wish I could award lower than 1 star!! Absolutely dreadful! Once I had paid my deposit to this agency, phone calls weren't returned, and emails weren't replied to. I eventually managed to speak to my DJ a few days before my party and found out he had a booking a 2.5 hour drive away right before mine! On the night, AN HOUR after he was supposed to turn up to my party, and 30 MINUTES before my party was due to start, he eventually called to say he was delayed a couple of hours as he had broken down and waiting for the AA. I was told they had no-one to cover for him and that I should just play background music until he got there. It was 7pm, I had guests turning up at 7.30pm, he told me he was in Dorset waiting for the AA and then had a 2.5 hour car drive to get to me once he had been towed home. I told him not to bother, as what is the point of a DJ turning up to a party at 9.30-10pm?? When I complained the next day, the agency not only were argumentative and rude, they told me that it was MY CHOICE to cancel as the DJ had told me he would be with us eventually!!! They also refused to accept any responsibility, or apologise for ruining my night, saying that the contract is with the DJ not them. I asked to complain to the DJ, but they refused to give me his number, and said they would ask him to call back. Guess what?? He didn't!! PLEASE don't waste your money and have your night ruined too!! The irony is their slogan stating that you have to pay extra to get the best......There was absolutely nothing good about them from start to finish, I strongly advise you to avoid them at all costs.

Absolutely pathetic service. Wish I had read the earlier review. I booked them in advance paid the deposit. however on the morning of the party Tony who is the owner sent me an email saying that there DJ cannot make it as he had an family commitment, and he has no replacement DJ. This is despite them advertising that they provide emergency cover in case of illness etc "Emergency DJ Cover (in case of illness etc)" Tony was not sympathetic towards us at all, just left us helpless just 5 hours before the party. They haven't even refunded the deposit paid to them. They refuse to answer the phone. Did not have the courtesy to call and apologise or offer to help to get an alternative DJ. I certainly would stay away from such fraudulent company. Please don't go by the reviews publish on there website as they publish only the good once. I wrote a review on there website and they refuse to publish it. Still awaiting a refund of the deposit.
