Cleaned my curtains this week, shrank by 6/7cm, colours run, terrible outcome plus staff were distracted & seemed fed up. Not impressed & won't use this service again Thank thank you for your standard automated reply. In fact I was shoved a laminated card to read. Which is the disclaimer!! My curtains contained a label dry clean only & wasn't an unusual fabric. The livings came back hanging unevenly so even they weren't able to sustain your cleaning process. I am not a young person & have had many pairs of curtains cleaned in my lifetime but none compared to this disaster! The 55 paid is certainly my loss not yours Service: Special care fabric cleaning

I used these to launder my air bnb bedding. Never again and to be fair they told me not to go back too. They quoted a price and turnaround back in apl. Had a delay didnt start until Aug so I made contact to check it was ok. They quoted me a price and a turnaround of three days normally but four over a bank holiday.. I took my first set wouldnt let me pay as I was told they needed to be sure it was a king size. Wouldnt give me a receipt for my things either said they needed to be sure it was king size.Had a turnaround so had more bedding so nipped it in I was 30 mins off the 10am cut off time but I asked if it could be ready with the other set. She said possibly. Fair enough. I asked if they could drop it off as they were taking bedding to my neighbour they said no way. Despite the point that when I enquired the arrangement was to collect unless I needed it faster then I would drop off. I did explain they were dropping off some 20yds away from me. Flat refusal. Fair enough. Wed came I had another set of bedding to do so I took it when I went to collect my first lot and hopefully the second set. Was prepared for a nov on that. Well what happened next was truly gob smacking. My first set not ready despite a week having passed. As I now had three sets of bedding on their premises with a guest arriving I asked if I could take what they had assuming it was at least washed. I was told in no uncertain terms that the pile they had was huge and not possible. Then James came out and was quite rude, pointed out they had staff shortages and were looking for staff. Said no way would they deliver it with my neighbours order so I asked if they were ever going to collect and deliver. Just needed the truth. Still refused to give me my bedding. I ended up taking the soiled set I had taken for them to do back with me. I knew I could wash and iron it myself. He said come back at 3.30. This I said I couldnt do as booking in was at three. He didnt give a dam all I wanted was my bedding back done or not, he just said while he was stood arguing with me it was delaying others orders and that I was new custom. I had no choice. I went back at 3.45 leaving my guests without an ironed duvet cover. Then ideal (not) gave me a bill for I think 37.00 when he quoted 22.00. He came out to talk to me and said hed changed his mind about giving me the trade discount as I was unsympathetic to his situation. I replied it was not my issue I just needed him to do what we had agreed for the pqrice we agreed. Although I think sympathy was shown in the three extra days I had given them. But he q Wouldnt budge. I paid because I was close to tears, knocking on 70 dont need his hassle. Got home undid the plastic to find. Every item was so badly ironed that qqqI dont see me being able to get them out without washing again. I sent him photos of what he had returned to me, no reply yet not holding my breath. Ironically the item on top of the the pike had no creases that could be seen so I did not suspect what they had done . These are white bedding sets, not rocket science can only think it was done on purpose. Ill post photos for you to see if I can. But a two year old irons better than these people. One star is one star too many but I had to use one to post this. Taken legal advice on principal. My advice is dont use them there are others better if u do , get it written down and pay straight away. I have it in writing they just would not let me pay up front. Worst company I have ever dealt with and Ive dealt with many. Just tried to add photos it wont let me but Im happy to send anyone them
