What a fantastic service - thank you! Our two cats were collected on time and driven from Plymouth to Aberdeen. They arrived in great condition, in good spirits (until they realised they were in a completely different house!) and the conditions inside the van were great. A very spacious, secure cage with plenty room to move around, fresh food, water, a litter tray and well ventilated. Don obviously took great care of them and even stayed to see them settle, giving some greatly appreciated tips. His professionalism and caring attitude towards the cats impressed us and the cattery in Plymouth where they were collected from so much that they said they'd use him for their own pets if needed and would recommend him to customers. Don made what could have been a stressful experience for both us and the cats so straightforward and at a price that was less than anticipated - certainly value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tranzpet again or use his service again if needed. Thank you!

Very pleased. Don was on time, and delivered our Grandson (Labradoodle) back to his parents in London, after a two week vacation with us. 4 hours door to door, cage was supplied with water, and was clean and comfortable, Iggy slept the entire 4 hours. We will use Don's services again.

Don is so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He transported our two very different rescue dogs from Devon to Switzerland and they arrived happy, safe and well after a 15 hour journey. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Very professional, courteous and reliable service. I had two cats transported from Ireland to the UK via ferry - one of whom is 15 years old. Both cats were very comfortable and had plenty of space to move or hide under their blankets, along with litter and water for them. When I was concerned about the older cat, Don stopped to make sure he was fine. Overall, I would definitely use his service again and would reccommend to anyone who cares about their pets - especially those with geriatric animals.
