The cafe is a cozy space with many seats to suit everyone's needs. The food has accessible price and it looks good and tastes better. I absolutely love the to seat on the comfy armchairs by the window. I would love some background music but this one depends of each individual preference. On the ground floor is also a sweet shop that does not let you go home empty handed. Definitely a good place to visit and bring your friends around.

We visited here after being refused by the caf next door as they didn't allow dogs inside. This caf is dog-friendly which is handy for us (we have 2). It was very quiet when we went in (it was after lunch) so the atmosphere was pretty dead. The stairs leading up to the main caf are quite steep, but they've provided handrails either side of the stair well so that's good. The menu was extensive and the food was generous and good value but bear in mind that the fillings for baguettes/sandwiches are pre-mixed so no chance of customisation. The toilet seemed clean and also had a baby changing facility. Lots of seating and I noticed they had a separate adult-only lounge seating area by the windows which is a nice touch. Downstairs is a takeaway food for pasties etc. Overall, we'd come here again when visiting Exmouth.

I will start with a positive because it wasn't all bad. It has a lovely children's play area. We also had a lovely coffee. We decided to stop for lunch and thats where it went downhill. The food I ordered was not good at all. A cold BLT which was very fatty. I did mention this to a staff member and they disregarded my complaint. I was very disappointed by the response and won't be returning. It seems a shame because the settings lovely and the only child friendly cafe in exmouth town centre. * edit in response. Maybe there was some confusion between your response in the cafe and my friends and I as it was busy because I certainly wouldnt of sent a sandwhich back for no reason and wasted my hard earned money in the current climate. Heating the bacon in the sandwich was all i was after. I do appreciate you replying and taking on the feedback. Thankyou.
