        My husband went into this branch today about being scammed when one of the assistant who's name was Abbi came to his assistance she was so helpful in dealing with his problem and she really cheered him up and he left the nationwide alot happier than when he walked it .Thankyou Abbi

        This has been my bank for years. Central to the town centre. Lovely decor and ambience. The staff are fantastic and so friendly and pleasant as well as efficient. All covid disciplines have been followed in a professional manner.

        Went to pay a cheque in. Queue for machine but no queue for advisor. Tried to pay in via advisor but was told to queue for machine as cheque was under 2000. Waited in queue while observing advisor doing nothing apart from chatting to another staff member who was filing her nails. I felt really valued, thanks for that.
