      • Hosts Paul and Stacey are very friendly and kind...warm-hearted so that we felt like being at home ^^ Lovely puppy Gracy ...she is so adorable. Really want to revisit soon ^^ The house and backyard are so beautiful...you must stay there !!!

        Our party of 6 ladies had arranged a little reunion to re-visit our old student days at Rolle College in Exmouth and Seven Acre Corner B&B was the perfect retreat for our stay. Tracey and Paul were perfect hosts and extremely accommodating, and we loved their little dog and cat. The rooms were very comfortable with great shower rooms and with stunning views across fields to the sea. We chatted on the lawn and used the common room facilities (even had a game of pool) for an evening enjoying a fish & chip supper courtesy of Krispies (highly recommended). We couldnt have stayed in a lovelier location and and all of us would highly recommend this fab B&B. Sally, Mary, Bridget, Lesley, Julie & Judy Xxxxxx
