They really should delete the phone number from the website as there is a recorded message sending you to the website then a click. The website said that at that moment they were not very busy so tough luck if you are hard of hearing or not computer literate. Welcome to modern banking. At least the new banks offer you interest on current accounts.

Very efficient staff who seem to get things done. I don't bank with them personally but I am quite tempted because I look after a relatives account under a Power of Attorney and they seem vastly better than other banks.
