        Lovely owner run hotel with friendly staff and great service. Food was fresh, quality produce. Breakfast and dinner exceeded expectations. Chef is excellent with an interesting, tasty menu options for dinner especially. Of the group of 11 not one person could fault anything they ate. Also worthy a mention is the selection of whiskies and gins at the bar alongside all standard drinks offered. Owner knew the story of each distillery and some were very remote and special indeed. Additionally they offer guided walks through the area And welcome dogs! Highly recommend Simonsbath Hotel! We will be returning again
