One of the worst company's I have ever dealt with. Totally unprofessional, making promises they never keep have now lost my Green Homes Grant thanks to their lack of funds! Please do not trust this company, I am one of many who have been badly let down again. Service: Heating system installation

Had Heatology for my new system, and was told about the RHI grant that was available..... saved me 11,900!!!!. Live in an solid stone house in the wilds of Suffolk. I now have a green heating system for my home as well as some solar to power it, i feel like I'm doing my bit for the environment now. The heatology team were professional, polite and very knowledgable. Highly recommend. Service: Heating system installation

Heatology Ltd ....... I recommend that people avoid this company. They have seriously let me down. They were supposed to be installing an ASHP for me using a grant. After several months of deferring they have still failed to install in time for the grant closing date. Upon investigation and searches on Internet I find that they have numerous office addresses in Exeter listed but non existant. Only contact seems to be one person who receives all calls.

Amazing service from Heatology. Had a government grant for an Air Source Heat Pump and the guys at Heatology really did go backwards and forwards with the gov to sort this out. The Gov really did make a hash of it and yes it did take a while backwards and forwards from them but in the end it was sorted. Clean install, lads cleaned up great, everything was explained to a great detail of how things work. All in all a grand job! Service: Heating system installation
