Rob was absolutely brilliant. Professional but friendly. If you want to sell your house & get that personal excellent service then please choose Rob. Nothing was too much trouble. He always contacted us ASAP if he wasn't able to take call immediately. We had a few delays with completion (nothing to do with us or Rob) but Rob was there to help & quite honestly if it hadn't been for him - we may have given up! Moving house can be extremely stressful & emotional at times but Rob was there for us to smooth the process. Truely exceptional service. If I could rate more than 5* I would. Robin and Pamela

Rob at Redferns was the estate agent for our vendor in our recent house purchase. He was a pleasure to work with through the entire process and played a pivotal role in supporting the whole chain through a very difficult situation, going above and beyond - despite not being 'our' agent it always felt like he was looking for win-win scenarios for everyone involved. He is personable, trustworthy, has great integrity and offers great value for money compared to some of the bigger players. If we ever need to sell another house we will be going straight to him, and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent.
