        Delivered the fuel when requested which was good. Invoice was sent without a postage stamp meaning I had a round trip of an hour to collect from local post sorting office. When I called their office to explain what had happened no apology was given for either the mistake or the resulting cost for the trip to town or the 2 for postage.
