        Purchased a lovely new front door with furniture and lock. Issue with the door handle after a couple months, but some good advice from George gave us a clue to the problem. Did not fix issue completely and we were offered a replacement set of handles. Also advice on the type of lock (thumb turn) which should have got initially. Great customer service and really friendly and patient. It gives you confidence to use local businesses rather than internet. Cheers George and team. Mr&MrsB
