        I felt very happy for my last 10 visits with the walk-in centre. the nurses are patient and calm. 10/10. No waiting if you go there before it opens.

        Doctor was friendly and very helpful. Just under a 2 hour wait which is pretty good for a bank holiday. A lot of NHS services dont care/ are rude but everyone here was polite and helpful including reception!

        Waited over 3 hours after being told it's a 2 hour wait. Even with waits like that, they require you to sit in the small, poorly ventilated waiting room the entire time. Receptionist was nice; doctor was pretty rude.
