        I walked twice into the practice in order to book a vaccine appointment for my dog, the first time I was told to do it online, which I tried and couldnt, the second time I was told they are receiving stock and cannot help me. I phoned a few days later to attempt for the 3rd time to make an appointment and the lady on the phone told me again to book online, I explained that I tried and cannot do it and if she could book me over the phone, she was rude and unprofessional and put the phone down when I told her I will have to look for another Vets surgery. I am truly shocked by the way I was treated as a new client! I would never go back to cityvets ever again.
