By far the best car experience to date over a 18 year period of buying! Excellent customer service from start to finish. Nothing seemed to be a bother, even sent 2 drivers a few hours up the road to meet me with the car due to hire car complications getting down. Highly recommend! Thanks to Steve & John

Excellent experience and service. I have worked in the motor trade for nearly 20 years and so always approach buying a car with mixed feelings. I shouldn't have been concerned, this was hands-down the best car buying experience from start to finish I have ever had! Phone calls returned promptly, regular updates on progress of the car through its preparation, polite, courteous and friendly. I might add that I am really quite picky but nothing was too much trouble. A lot of sales-people at premium dealers I have worked with could learn a lot from Carrs Select and John Hardee in particular, (Another gentleman showed us around for the test drive and I do apologise I can't recall your name, very sorry!). We are now around 2 months after buying the car and very happy with it. Thank you all very much!

Bought a Fiat 500 for my wife from here. Neil was really easy and pleasant to deal with. I asked for a quick turn around on the car but it needed the cam belt and water pump to be changed. Unfortunately this couldnt be done in time and Neil gave the options of waiting a couple of days, or a very reasonable discount so that we could do it at a local garage. This would ordinarily be a negative, but communication was great, and reasonable solutions offered. You couldnt ask for any more. I would happily use again.
