Cazoo Customer Centre Exeter

Sold our car to the amazing staff here. They were polite, friendly and efficient. They paid the full price offered on their website and we had the money in our account before we even left the store. Couldn't recommend them more!

Cazoo offered a great price. No quibble inspection and immediate payment. Very pleased, a slick process. I would recommend them.

Poor service, car pick up was supposed to be last Friday, they damaged car the day before, still no updates a week later and only contact weve had from them is when we phone them! Still have no date for car collection Edit: repeatedly contacted you, no one ever has any answers and no one calls you back!

And just like that, a few weeks after my below review. Cazoo have closed 15 customer service centres across the country. The Exeter centre is now nothing but a shell. Another company doing the exact opposite to what providing a good customer experience looks like. Just look at the reviews below. It was the staff who sold your business to us. It was the experience we received in person before we even purchased the vehicle that sold us the car. The personable experience we received simply cannot be replicated over a phone line. A terrible terrible decision. I thought we had finally found a company listening to the customers. Sadly, Im no longer sure such a company even exists. If any of the staff from the Exeter centre end up reading this. Thank you for the service you gave us, you are great people. You deserve to be truly valued. ** Original review ** The team in Exeter are an absolute credit to the company. We couldn't have been more impressed with the service we have received from start to finish. Ross and the team have always been on hand and nothing has ever seemed like too much trouble. Having never purchased a car online before, it felt like a step into the unknown. However, after the experience we received I wouldn't think twice about purchasing from Cazoo again.
