Excellent before, during and after sales. After searching for a large family estate I found a nice looking XF at Gold Vehicles. I was working close by so turned up on the off chance and was met by Sam. A very friendly, knowledgeable and non pushy salesman. After a few visits, many emails and a test drive we came to a deal on the XF and Jake/Sam offered a very competitive part ex value on our trade in. On my journey home a fault light appeared on the tyre pressure monitor. I contacted Sam and he advised to take it to my local tyre shop to take a look. Jake offered to cover the cost without hesitation and it was repaired the same day. I can highly recommend Gold Vehicles. They clearly pride themselves on customer service and satisfaction. Ignore the crazy lady review. We've heard both sides of the story...

Absolutely fantastic service from Colin at Gold Cars Exeter. From my initial enquiry to today getting picked up and driven from the train station to pick up the fabulously presented car its been just the smoothest experience and how cars should be sold. Although we live miles away its worth the travel we will definitely use these guys again. I will ask for Colin such a great guy and guided us through. Bought a Nissan Micra from Gold Vehicle few weeks ago. Excellent service. All the staff specially Colin, were amazing. Although it was a 2 and a half hours drive back to Reading; it was worth it. Will buy all future cars from them. Very professional and courteous. Thanks.
