Purchased a really super automatic car from Charles, he is honest and helpful and knows his trade and it was a pleasure doing business with him, would certainly recommend Exeter Small Autos and would most definitely buy again when the time comes.

Charles is one the last few traditional motor traders in the best possible way. He really knows what he is selling, and his decades of experience are clear to see. I havent yet bought a car from Charles but am very impressed with how he does things. From what I hear he stands by his reputation with every car he sells. He seems to have a large amount of repeat customers too which speaks volumes.

,,I am very pleased with my hyundi car. The only thing I have a problem with is spending ten minutes or so finding the screen washer, lol. Thank you so much for bringing it for me. I have built up my confidence after many years of not driving. I have been to about four different places that I like. Its a boon for my shopping. I have been given a 3 year license at 68 years of age. Then if my health is OK, they hopefully will renew it.

The worse experience in my whole life, very very rude car dealer, he didn't let me to do the basic checks which every experience car's mechanic and electrician would check on used cars...I had tissue in my other hand to put on oil cup holder to check the engine. Every good mechanic know it's safe to open it on fresh started engine for short time.. anyway I didn't say I'm car mechanic, I'm person who have been helping a lot to my best friend and mechanic who was working taxi car's repairs in past 20 years and he thought me what basis should be checked on old used cars and many things how to do myself.. I asked the salesman if i can checked the oil and he answered No very rude way... He could say NO on nicer better way and no excuses for that.. I respected his answer and apologized if I offended him somehow and didn't continue to do checking the rest of the car. i would never go to them or recommend to someone else... If I wanted I could say them the car is not good and they wouldn't buy it because they are trusting me totally. I tried to be fair and honest with them and many other friends not like the salesman who saw they need desperate car and used that..I couldn't said anything bad or good about the car but the time will show about that car.. Totally disappointed and other side we all know what's the job of the cars salesman...
