Hendy Iveco

I Rang several times in the final week of august, only to get passed around and then be picked up and put down on. persisted as the part is fairly difficult to find outside of the EU. Finally got through and ordered 05/09/2022. of the 2x wanted, Only 1 was in stock and another needed to be brought in from another branch (told "itll be tomorrow"). get a call-back on Thursday saying its ready to go, and paid in full, being told itll be delivered tomorrow afternoon. both on Monday and Thursday I stated that my work is mobile and so I may be out on a job, and if so to leave it in "x" safe place. 5pm Friday rolls around and no sign of anything. Upon calling I'm told it was sent out for delivery on Thursday but no one was in. But was offered no P.O.D., had no missed calls and when I was later able to check my GPS location, I was in from 14:43-16:32 when the apparent missed delivery happened at 15:55. At this point, I was not given the option of redelivery, but instead was told it would have to be collected (near 100 mile round trip) or delivered to another business who happened to be around the corner from me which agreed to and was told it would be there by 11am Monday (12/07/2022). You guessed it, not there. I returned at 16:45 to check if it had come later in the day and if not, to chase it up before closing, but still nothing. Upon calling my call was answered (with office background noises) and immediately hung up. I immediately called back, now past 30 minutes of ringing. I will update as necessary.

Have tried on four separate occasions to book my vehicle in for work but alas, nobody picks up the phone. Gets answered by central bookings and then they attempt to transfer you through to Hendy Iveco in Exeter but then nobody picks up. The other option given is to leave a message for a call back. Twice left messages for the service manager but no call back received. Recommend to try somewhere else.

The service department staff were fantastic. I was kept fully up to date and they made sure I was well looked after.
