Chi is the best taxi driver ever.

Made a booking via the Frankie's app early in the day i.e a good 5 hours prior. However 5 mins before the scheduled pick up time it was cancelled, without any explanation via the app. Rebooked via the app immediately and yet again within 10 mins the booking was cancelled. Called the local office and no explanation was forthcoming. Would not use again as obviously totally unreliable.

I booked a taxi through the app to take me home after a night shift, it got cancelled and I wasn't aware until I phoned up asking where the taxi was!

Taxis didn't turn up 30 min after booking time. Phoned operator several times about booking as was kept being told it was 5 minutes away. When pushed to give a location the operator told us where the taxis was. After deciding to drive so we didn't miss our show, we were on route to the venue and I got a text to say the taxis had been dispatched and the live location was no were near where operator said it was. Only gave 2 stars as my previous joinery with them I've found the driver to be very friendly. Won't be using again
