Awful. Just call apple. Booked a cab to get to work , then after it being ten minutes late I was informed that they had no drivers. So why book me in for half nine then??? Finally got a call from a driver at ten , informing me she'd be about ten minutes, by this time I'd given up and just got a bus in.

No show. Booked about an hour in advance via their automated system, then phoned in again to double check with a human. Noone turned up or phoned with an update at the time I booked for. Phoned them again 15 mins past the time and an automated system told me it was still searching for a driver. I wish I'd looked at other similar reviews here as this no show ruined half of my working day. Won't use this company again.

The system takes your booking on the phone without telling you how long you need to wait. It also tells you they have an app, but if you search Nned a cab on apple store numerous apps jumps out and you can't tell which one it is. I looked on their website too and there was no link (or not obvious at least) to take me directly to their app. So overall impossible to book a taxi without hassle
