Alex has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The final report came with detailed photographs and recommendations for works needed - both imminently and in the future - and he was prompt, thorough and approachable throughout my dealings with him. I would utilise his services again without question...he is worth every penny. I would also say, that as a single person and first-time-buyer, he made the whole process straightforward and managed to make me feel comfortable with a process which is completely new to me, without feeling stupid! He is an excellent find for anyone looking for a thorough and detailed structural report. I cannot recommend highly enough!

I was amazed at the detail of the report, the quality of the service and the personal support I received. We wanted to extend our house, which was built over 250 years ago. We got in touch with Alex to ensure we didn't compromise the structure and met Building Regulations requirement. Alex was thorough and professional which is extremely re-assuring with such a large project. We felt well informed and looked after throughout. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted Alex Rosen Associates Ltd to conduct a building survey on a property I was purchasing. I could not be happier. The report was extremely well researched and thorough. The survey highlighted issues that an untrained eye would miss. I would not hesitate to use again
