        Sylvia is fantastic at what she does. I was really impressed with the time she spent assessing my posture and discussing current issues I have before the treatment. The treatment itself is thorough, effective and expertly delivered. Sylvia also gave me advice on exercises to do and further follow up care. I will definitely be booking another massage with her.

        Sylvia puts your comfort first. She asks how you're feeling throughout the treatment, which is good if you're particularly sore in certain areas. I've had a couple treatments now and always feel refreshed afterwards. Will definitely be booking again!
