Have suffered increasingly with broken sleep , I accessed the sleepyhead clinic. The first few weeks were challenging but the results are worth it. I now have techniques that I can go back to if needed to ensure that I sleep well. It has made a huge difference thankyou .

Absolutely wonderful experience. I have had a pretty nasty sleep issue for 9 years. I have consulted sleep clinicians and doctors etc to help me to deal with this problem, and nothing has really stuck. I then signed on for the Sleepyhead Clinic Programme with Stephanie. From the get go I made improvements. Once I understand a process and why I need to do things in a certain way, I then become committed. Stephanie took the time to explain why the steps where necessary and once I understood them I was on-board. My sleep over the 5 week programme dramatically improved and is still good. I needed someone not to let me off the hook, (I can be a really tricky client and have often talked experts in to letting me do what I want to do, not what I should do!!). Stephanie kept me on the programme and didn't let me stray from it. I cant recommend Stephanie and the Sleepyhead Clinic enough. Also Emma in the Sleepyhead office is lovely.

Stephanie had an instant impact on my sleeping problems. As a student I started suffering from insomnia 3 years ago and I was quick to resort to what I thought were quick remedies... The programme completely altered my perceptions on sleep, gave me a greater understanding than I could have even believed there was, and as a result allowed me to regain control of my sleep. Every so often I do struggle to get to sleep, just like everyone else does from time to time. But I now have long term strategies and a routine to ensure this is simply an anomaly and not a continuous issue. Ultimately this has had a huge positive impact on my mental health, re-finding my motivation and drive and to not feel as if my sleep is a burden to me. Massive thanks once again, Stephanie!

Back in February of this year, I started the Stephanies DIY online course to see if I could fix my sleep problems. Ive had problems with my sleep for the last 15 years or so it comes and goes but last year it was lasting longer and longer until I felt like I wasnt sleeping at all. And when I am having problems I find I cant get to sleep and Ill be awake til 2 in the morning trying. With a 6.30am alarm, I was getting somewhere between 4 and 5 hours sleep a night. I was tired all the time, and felt irritable and easily annoyed with people. And it wasnt their fault, I was just so intensely tired that I was reacting in ways I didnt when I wasnt tired. I was miserable too, and lonely. Sleep problems can be really isolating. And at 2am it really feels like you are the only person on the planet who isnt asleep. I tried so many things calming teas, cutting out caffeine, warm baths, sleep masks. None of it worked, so I decided to do the course. I was sceptical about it at first, considering its online. I wasnt sure how an online course could fix my sleep problems. But I was so surprised and delighted with the results. It is hard work, because you have to take responsibility and put in the effort to make it work (although I suppose youd have to do that with a face to face course anyway!). And the course is tough, and some of it is counter-intuitive. But Stephanies support through the videos is great, and I really felt like she understood what I was going through, and I no longer felt alone in my problem. She clearly explained what to expect, and how I could get the most out of the course. Since doing the course, I am now regularly getting seven hours of sleep a night. Which for me, is incredible. Im waking up refreshed and Im more energetic. I feel happier, and Im not as easily annoyed. I still do sometimes take longer to get to sleep, or sleep in. But more often than not, thats my choice, and its what most people with a normal sleep pattern do. I cant recommend Stephanie's DIY online course enough as someone who has really struggled with sleeping, its been life-changing. Its so worth the effort, and you wont regret it!

I had a 6 session sleep course with Stephanie via Skype and, not to be melodramatic, but it has changed my life. I have struggled with insomnia since I was a child and had given up on ever sleeping normally, but after a lot of very hard work with Stephanie's guidance and support I can now get to sleep in under 15 minutes regularly and stay asleep. Probably the biggest thing for me is that I'm no longer afraid of bedtime. It sounds ridiculous, but before I knew I needed sleep but my insomnia was so bad I didn't associated going to bed with getting the rest I needed, so didn't want to go. Now, I know I'll fall asleep and get rest, and hey, even if I don't it'll be a one-off and mean I'm all the more likely to sleep well the next night. I cannot recommend the sleep course enough if you struggle with insomnia. It turns out it can be fixed and you can learn how to sleep properly. It's hard work, but so worth it.
