        I went to Steve at DBM Velux to see if he could replace a shattered window pane. He went above and beyond the call of duty, ringing Velux and establishing that our window was covered under warranty and Velux would repair it FoC. You do not get more honest than that and I cannot commend his professionalism more highly. Thank you Steve and DBM Velux
